Per the state of California, in order to attend this event, you are REQUIRED to verify proof of vaccination OR a negative COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours of the start of the event.
If you have proof of being fully vaccinated, and you completed the series required on or before September 30th, you can use this secure portal to upload your documentation. CLICK HERE to enter the Safe Expo portal.
If you are planning to provide a negative COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours of traveling to the event OR if you prefer to verify your vaccination onsite, you can bring proof with you to the Screening Area when you arrive to the event.
PLEASE NOTE: With regard to a negative test result, under the California rules the attendee must either bring the original test result or an electronic version provided by the testing entity or laboratory.
For proof a vaccination, a photo of your vaccination card or the actual card will suffice.
ACCT is committed to your health and safety.
We have received a few inquiries about safety protocols at the 2021 ACCT Leadership Congress and want to assure all registrants that the association is taking steps to protect the health and safety of all attendees.
Below is our event safety policy. Please review it carefully, and if you have any related questions or concerns, contact Andy Laine, ACCT Association Counsel (202-775-4470 or firstname.lastname@example.org).

Current CDC and hotel safety guidelines will be followed and enforced, and ACCT reserves the right to update health measures and attendance policies based on evolving health threats and guidance from federal health agencies and local authorities. Event Registration Cancellations
We are looking forward to seeing everyone in person after so long, but in an abundance of caution if you need to cancel your registration due to unforeseen circumstances through September 15th, the policy is that ACCT will either 1.) provide a full refund of your registration fee or 2) apply your registration fee as a credit towards the 2022 ACCT National Legislative Summit. If you cancel after September 15th, the policy is that ACCT will either 1.) provide a refund minus the $250 processing fee or 2.) apply your registration fee as a credit towards the 2022 ACCT National Legislative Summit. The decision to receive a refund or a credit is yours. If ACCT cancels the event, we will provide a full refund to all who have registered.
Many airlines, car rental companies, and other travel providers have adjusted their cancellation or change policies to provide greater flexibility when cancelling or rescheduling booked travel. Please consult with your travel provider(s) for the event for specific information on what refund or voucher options may be available should you decide to cancel your travel arrangements. If the event is cancelled or postponed, ACCT is not liable for any travel arrangements that you may have booked.
Hotel Reservation Cancellations
If you are staying at the event host hotel, the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego, you may cancel your reservation up to 72 hours prior to your arrival date without penalty. Please contact the Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego directly to cancel your reservation. ACCT cannot cancel or change guest reservations and is not responsible for hotel refunds. If you are staying at a different hotel to attend the event, please consult with the hotel to determine cancellation policies for your stay. Should the event be cancelled or postponed, ACCT is not liable for any hotel arrangements that you may have booked.
The Manchester Grand Hyatt San Diego currently has in place a face mask RECOMMENDATION for vaccinated individuals in indoor public settings and a face mask REQUIREMENT for unvaccinated individuals over the age of 2 in indoor public settings, in alignment with guidance issued by the state of California. In addition, San Diego is currently classified as a zone of “High” COVID-19 transmission, per the CDC, with a corresponding RECOMMENDATION of face masks for ALL individuals in indoor public settings. We are monitoring conditions in San Diego, and are committed to following all applicable CDC and local health and safety protocols in effect at the time of the event. ACCT will provide face masks on-site.
